Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, during business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday, weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day. After an order is processed, most orders ship within 2 business days. If your order is subject to delay, you will be notified.
Shipping and handling are based on total items purchased. In some cases, multiple item orders may have to be shipped separately. Note:
- Merchandise will be shipped via UPS. UPS cannot ship to a post office box.
- Ground Service is not available for Alaska and Hawaii, please select 2nd day air. Call for exact amount.
- Bahamas and Puerto Rico customers pay international rates starting at $65.00

Return Policy

Mag Mutual/CodersCentral.com’s Return Policy is as follows:
Effective 07/01/2006
We have instituted this return policy to give our customers explicit instructions on company procedures in the unlikely event that the need should arise to return a product for exchange or credit. All returns must be returned within 30 days of the order processed date via a traceable shipping method, such as UPS, FedEx, or Certified USPS mail to the appropriate address below, insuring product for its full purchase price. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges and may be responsible for the full purchase price if the product is lost in shipping or not returned within 30 days of original delivery. A refund (less all shipping charges) or exchange will be issued upon receipt of material in resalable condition.
If a product is defective, please call our office at 800-253-4945 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. We will gladly replace that product without delay. Any Unauthorized Returns will be returned to the customer via UPS Collect. So, please notify Customer Care, and Mag Mutual HealthCare Solutions, Inc. (MMHSI) & CodersCentral.com will immediately send a replacement for the defective product.
If a product is not defective, MMHSI/CodersCentral.com Company policy provides for limited refunds within 30 days from the order processed date. These refunds depend on the product that you order. Each is addressed below:
Unopened Books: (books still in shrink-wrap): We will refund the purchase price only (shipping cost will not be refunded). You must call our office at 800-253-4945 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number BEFORE returning your product. Your product will not be accepted in our warehouse without a RMA# and will be returned to you UPS collect. You will be responsible for return shipping and insuring the product gets back to MMHSI/CodersCentral.com. Upon receipt we will either send you a refund check or apply a refund to your Credit Card, provided you have no outstanding invoices, if you have open invoices we will apply your credit to your balance!
Opened Books: (books removed from shrink-wrap): Opened books can be returned for a credit on your account only, minus a 15% restocking fee. Books must be in re-sellable condition (books received in non-resale condition will be returned). You must call our office at 800-253-4945 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number BEFORE returning your product. Your product will not be accepted without a RMA#. You will be responsible for shipping and insuring the product back to MMHSI/CodersCentral.com!
Software: No refunds are allowed on any software. However, software can be upgraded in most cases. Please call our office for details.
• Package Deals: There are no refunds on any of these products, unopened or otherwise, unless defective as they have been deeply discounted and specially packaged.
If a product is damaged please contact our Customer Service Department, request an RMA# and return the item(s) to the following address:
